Non-Profit Organizations and Its Impact on The Society

In today's world, where people are divided into financial, racial, and different color classes, we can hardly imagine a place where people get equal chances and tools to reach their full potential despite their background and social class. Hard to believe, right; but this is not some fantasy out of a novelistic situation but hard work and continuous struggle of some selfless people striving to make this dreamy situation a reality for underprivileged young people.

Nowadays, we see the injustice and unfair treatment people bear because of their background and financial situation, but this is not it. We are on the verge of transformation because of the enthusiastic people and organizations that are working tirelessly for the benefit of society as a whole. These people and organizations are trying to reform this system under the name of non-profit organizations.

Krump Society is a non-profit organization that wants to benefit disadvantaged youth in Lancaster, California. The organization arranges after-school programs, physical activities, art classes, and professional job training programs regarding practical skills as well as stipulates necessary support to improve industry standards and enable youth to become a helpful addition to society.

"At Krump Society, we focus on the youth to help them be successful. Our work is also to build up the community as we create social activities and more which allow us to create a community and do different things like helping the youth do outreach, train, learn how to dance, participate in fun activities, and embrace creativity." Said Norris, the founder of Krump Society.

Norris founded the organization with the aim that every child is worthy of a chance where he can express himself without worrying about social norms and differences. The motivation for creating the Krump Society comes from the lack of resources the youth of Los Angeles communities face on a daily basis. They visit inner communities in the city of Los Angeles County to support youth's art and hard work.

Without financial support, funding, and time, it becomes difficult for the Krump Society to achieve its purpose and extend to its full potential. But they somehow manage to keep their mission going. Furthermore, that challenge makes them more empathetic towards the underprivileged and gives them a new outlook regarding their difficulties and struggles.

The organization collaborated with local people and businesses to strengthen the community, remove the social gap between people, and bridge generations to unifying society. They focus on entrepreneurship and youth empowerment through art and community services.

By understanding the need of the society, the Krump Society welcomes youth in the organization with an open environment and facilitate young people with available learning opportunities which build their confidence and self-esteem.

Societies should support these organizations more often because every person the community supports today can become a promising leader, potential artist, and inventor in the future. Today's assistance and guidance will significantly impact the future and bring a positive change in the lives of countless people and, as a result, uplift and improve the whole social system. Creating opportunities for neglected young people in society will not only repair the social imbalance but also create a diverse and vibrant community that can change future generation's outlook.
